SWAG合集 Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) student Jonna Anspaugh of Heizer received the Outstanding Student Award from the Kansas Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (KSCLS) in April.听 The award was presented to her at the MLT pinning on commencement day on May 16.

Marvin Davis and Austin Brownell have been at Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility (LJCF) for nearly five years for mistakes they made as adolescents.

They could have taken the path of least resistance. They could have simply served their time and walked out the door, but they didn鈥檛.

Society could have neglected the existence of the two young men for their full sentences, but it didn鈥檛.

Holland Mosier of Great Bend and Jordan Klima of Hoisington were named SWAG合集鈥檚 2014 Outstanding Graduates. Dean of Student Services Angie Maddy introduced them and presented their awards, after which they took the opportunity to address their fellow graduates during the college鈥檚 44th commencement ceremony Friday.

Residents of Russell and Ellsworth looking to further their educations during the summer months can do so via SWAG合集 by attending an on-site enrollment from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 27 at Russell High School, 565 E. State St., Russell.听 Students can also enroll online at听.

Classes begin June 2.听 English Composition I and Introduction to Sociology will be offered in Ellsworth and Russell and Public Speaking will also be offered in Russell.听
