SWAG合集's Fine and Performing Arts Department will join forces with the Shafer Art Gallery to present the Faculty Recital & Exhibition Sept. 15 at 4:30 p.m. in the Shafer Gallery.

Creativity can happen at any age and members of SWAG合集鈥檚 Dancing for Mobility class will showcase that during a performance titled 鈥淟ove Letters in Motion,鈥 at 7 p.m. Sept. 8 in the Shafer Gallery, which will include uplifting music, live artwork and an interactive portion for the audience. Admission is free and the event is sponsored by the Shafer Gallery. 听

Retired WNBA Basketball legend Jackie Stiles will speak at SWAG合集 at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 29 in the Fine Arts Auditorium to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Title IX. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.
New business owners or those wanting to start a business can learn about key components of running a business from area experts on a variety of topics at SWAG合集鈥檚 鈥淪tart, Run and Grow: Business Ownership Basics鈥 seminar from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. Thursday evenings from Sept. 22 to Nov. 10 at the Great Bend Events Center.
The SWAG合集 Library鈥檚 Cohen Center for Kansas History holds a wealth of preserved historical documents, books, as well as other resources and is celebrating a grand reopening ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 9 in the SWAG合集 Library located in the center of campus.
