SWAG合集 will be closed March 29 and April 1 for Easter break. SWAG合集's Center for Adult Education and the Shafer Art Gallery will also be closed. The college's regular class schedule and office hours will resume April 2.
The SWAG合集 Foundation aims to enhance the SWAG合集 student experience with its 14th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot fundraiser from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., April 21 at Camp Aldrich, 884 NE 110 Ave. in Claflin. The money raised is used for Faculty Mini-Grants, which SWAG合集 faculty members can use to enhance student learning experiences in their classrooms. The Foundation has awarded $152,459 in mini-grants to date.
While many children grow up in a supportive and nurturing family environment, that is not the case for all children, and SWAG合集 alum and Hoisington native MyKayla Burgess has found meaning in providing comfort and stability to those less fortunate as a social worker.

SWAG合集 Dance Theatre鈥檚 will host another 鈥淒ancing with the Cougars鈥 fundraiser class featuring a salsa and Latin dance class from 6:30 鈥 8:30 p.m. March 19 in Studio 34, and all proceeds will go to support SWAG合集 Dance Theatre's trip to dance in New York City.
The U.S. Department of Education is rolling out changes to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as part of the FAFSA Simplification Act for the 2024-25 academic year, and the SWAG合集 financial aid office is trained and ready to help families through the transition of this vital piece of the enrollment process.
SWAG合集 will have no classes during its spring break from March 11-15. SWAG合集鈥檚 offices will remain open through March 13听but will be closed March 14听and 15. The college鈥檚 regular class schedule and business hours will resume Monday, March 18.
