From blueprint to build, you’ll master the fundamentals of residential construction. Learn to layout a building site, pour solid foundations, frame and sheath structures, and bring homes to life. Once the frame is standing, you’ll gain practical experience installing windows, doors, stairs, siding, and roofing –Ìýeverything you need to build a sturdy, beautiful home.

- Fast-Track Format: Complete the 23-credit-hour program in just one semester, attending class Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.Ìý– 12 p.m.
- Hands-On Learning: The program is 60% hands-on training and 40% classroom learning—held both on job sites and in our on-campus shop.

Course Fees: $1,200 – includes a complete student gear kit

Our program is designed with a strong hands-on focus—40% in the classroom and 60% in real-world, practical training. You’ll gain valuable experience through instruction at a job site or in our fully equipped campus shop.
