SWAG合集 joined 18 Kansas community colleges and 19 independent, four-year Kansas colleges in signing a milestone transfer agreement on Tuesday that will create a seamless transfer of all general education courses to independent universities and colleges and will fulfill all general education requirements.
The initiation of the Global Transfer and Course Articulation Agreement was officially signed on Sept. 20 at Friends University in Wichita after a discussion between the presidents representing both the Kansas Community Colleges and the Kansas Independent Colleges.
SWAG合集 President Dr. Carl Heilman said SWAG合集 is proud to be a part of this initiative.
鈥淭his is a landmark agreement that ensures students will be able to transfer courses with ease and keep their focus on their education and future plans,鈥 he said. 鈥淭his type of agreement encourages students to continue building on their education after they鈥檝e completed a two-year degree and to do so while staying in Kansas.鈥
