SWAG合集 is proudly announcing the launch of the nation鈥檚 first Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in Federal Human Resources with a launch event from 2-4 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Riley Community Center 446 Seitz Dr., Fort Riley.听
Community leaders and military families are invited to attend to learn more about the program鈥檚 goals, curriculum, and long-term impact on federal workforce development.听
This pioneering program provides service members, veterans, and military spouses with a clear pathway to rewarding civilian careers in federal service. Graduates will be equipped to ensure fellow Americans, including those who have bravely served, a high paying wage and competitive benefits, such as retirement and healthcare.
SWAG合集 Vice President of Instruction Elaine Simmons said the College was thrilled when GKG approached them with this opportunity because it was clear that both SWAG合集 and GKG have an overwhelming interest in supporting military students and their families.听

Vice President of Leadership and Development for GKG Donnielle DeMesme noted that while GKG has supported federal employees through workforce development initiatives for more than two decades, with the launch of this academic program, that commitment is now being formalized into a degree-granting pathway.听
