The Central Kansas Community Choir (CKCC) accompanied by the SWAG合集 Orchestra, will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 31 in the Fine Arts Auditorium on at SWAG合集.
This year the choir will perform 鈥淕loria鈥 by Bass, 鈥淒e Profundis鈥 by Robinson, 鈥淗ymn to the Fallen鈥 by John Williams, 鈥淭he Battle Hymn of the Republic鈥 and several more selections.
SWAG合集 Director of Chorale Activities Vern Fryberger and CKCC conductor said this is a great opportunity to experience high quality live music.
鈥淚t is rare to hear a live orchestra and choir perform together in central Kansas,鈥 he said.听 鈥淚t will be a very entertaining evening for all.鈥
Founded in the spring of 2003, the CKCC is sponsored by the college.听 The non-denominational group performs a spring concert every other year.听 Members are from all over central Kansas and they are joined by the SWAG合集 Concert Choir.听
